Nostromo, as a historic metal band in the Swiss musical landscape, was formed in 1996. Offering music of extreme power, blending technical virtuosity and unbridled energy, they earned the status of a cult and influential group, leaving a lasting impact on the late 2000s metal scene. Packed venues and enthusiastic audiences, however, were not enough for the band to endure. Unprepared for the success they generated, the musicians eventually decided to conclude their remarkable journey in 2005 due to insurmountable tensions within the group. Nonetheless, they left behind a fairly glorious legacy: three albums and a solid reputation for their live performances. It is this somewhat mythical aura that allowed them to reignite the flame fifteen years later. But this time, there was no question of doing things halfway by organizing occasional rehearsals and shows to revive the enthusiasm of a few nostalgic fans. No, the musicians were clearly determined to plant the seeds of a second, dazzling career.
